Service Description

Open Training is open to our students and non, for those who have at least an intermediate level and are able to hang the Lyra, as well as lower the Silk and the Trapeze and withdraw them in the same way they find it. It is mandatory to fill in and sign the Waiver form before starting the session. The use of the mattress is mandatory. We do not take any responsibility in case of accidents. One of our instructors can possibly wait at the Open Training to make sure that the friend that you bring with you is not a professional or a Coach, this helps us to avoid Instructors from giving private lessons paying only the cost of the Open Training. Open Training is open to all, so it may happen that you have to share the studio with other people. If you wish to have the studio just for you, then you should choose the Studio hiring option.
