Where “customer” mentioned, this refers to any students using our services/attending our “Clubs” referee to any facility where Sharm Circus Sport Club LLC. are running their products.
Term/Class enrollment: Students must bulk enroll for their chosen class (es) by paying the fees in advance (term, monthly subscription, single class and Trial class). Where the payment includes a deposit/reservation fees (not refundable in case of cancellation), the outstanding balance must be paid in full before begins for enrollment to be confirmed.
We communicate thought our WhatsApp group chat, the names of the kids that will attend to each class. If your child is not on the list, kindly call or text immediately to our reception number to know why, probably your child membership is expired or not paid, and your child will be not admitted to the class but left outside of the studio unattended.
Please don't forget to ask for your receipt!
Without the receipt you do not have proof of your payment and your child will not be admitted to the classes.
It is your right and your duty to ask for the payment receipt.
Students are expected to attend all their scheduled classes to receive the full benefit of the curriculum and missed sessions will not be carried over to a future term. Extensions will be granted in the case of injury only where a medical note is provided. Make up will be possible during the same Term for Illness, bye presenting a medical test, in this case class will not be charged.
Cancellations: If your child cannot attend their class, please notify to cancel their space in advanced minimum 6 hours by sending a message to Reception WhatsApp number. In case or injury/ illness with Doctor’s note, tor a Covid-related absence (15 days only ) , please inform us at lest 24hours before the start of the class and we will offer a make-up session subject to availability. We are unable to arrange make-up session if you inform us without the required noticed period or after the session has taken place.
Children who shop up to the class and last minute decided to not attend, class will be charged.
Refund policy: We are unable to offer refunds.
PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO ANY OTHER CHILD.
An extension may be granted in the case of injury with a medical note. We will only refer to the Medical report.
Code of conduct: At SCS we aim to help students become conscientious learners who are considerate of each others and of the informant they are training in. We take zero tolerance approach to bullying.
Children behavior: In the case of repeated incidents of students disregarding instructions, or where violence or bullying is involved, the student will be given a formal warning. This is a chance for the student and their parents/guardians to work with the coach to find a solution. If three warning are issued, SCS reserves the right to dismiss the student from the classes/course/term without refund.
Parents behavior:
- If any parents disagree with anything related to the lessons, or would like to talk to the Coach, kindly write a WhatsApp message to ask for a suitable meeting where expose their issues and concernes, avoid absolutely to want to discuss with the coach during the lesson, this is a lack of education and respect for other students who have paid to attend classes and need their coach to instruct them and are not wasting time talking about an assumption that is obviously currently not remedied.
Parents should not enter the classroom between one lesson change and another asking the coach for information or advice regarding their child. Please send a message on WhatsApp or call if necessary.
Parents are not allowed to step in during the class for any reason.
- Parents can not leave their kids unattended at any time!
Leave your child out in front of the classroom, before or after the class, is not permitted and anything will happens will be parents responsibility. Coaches are instructors and teach to students that are attending to the classes, Coaches ar not responsible for kids that are not admitted to the class and left outside of the studio.
-Parents must be present on time outside of the school for for pick their kids at the end of the class, or kids will be left at the cafeteria unattended waiting for the parents.
- Kindly avoid asking not to make your child wear the uniform with unheard of excuses.
We do not make exceptions on this subject, if you do not agree, you can enroll your child on our "recreational Course" or in a school where they do not require to wear a uniform.
- Kindly avoid asking for discounts or walking around the bush on payments or asking for extensions of monthly subscriptions duration because your child missed classes.
We do not discuss our prices and policies.
- Once your child has signed up for classes, we add you to our WhatsApp group where we send notifications. Please do not leave the WhatsApp group, if you do not receive a notification because you have left the group, we will not be responsible for your disavowal.
Latecomers: Students arriving late for their class, will only be admitted at the discretion of the coach. Latecomers, who are not admitted by the coach will be considered the same as a no show up/ absence and will not be eligible for a make-up session.
Uniforms: Uniforms are mandatory"
We provide it and must be purchased from "Sharm Circus Sport Club" and are compulsory. The uniforms are used to protect children's skin from burners caused by the rubbing of the systems on the body. Children whose parents do not agree to buy the uniform will not be accepted into the circus school. Children who show up without their uniform will receive a warning. At the third warning will not be admitted to the lesson and will not be eligible for a make-up session. The colors of the uniforms change according to the level of the course the child is attending. It is not possible to choose the color of the uniform, but will have to adapt to the color of the child level. Children must come to class with hair tied up, for safety reasons. Loose hair goes on the eyes of the child and prevents him/her from seeing and understand what is doing with the risk of falling and getting hurt, in the same way the loose hair can be pulled or beaten by themselves during the acrobatics exercises on the ground. Children who show up with hair down will receive a warning, at the third warning will not be admitted to the lesson and will not be eligible for a make-up session.

Spectators: Parents/guardians/others spectators will not be permitted to enter the studio while a class is in progress. A coach may invite you to watch part go the class without any distraction or interference with the child. Otherwise, please respect the right of all students to enjoy the full duration of their class without parents/guardians/others distracting the kids. In case this will happens, after the second warning to the parents/guardians/others, coach will ask to the child in question to leave the class, without make-up or refund. Photography/filming: Photography/filming is not permitted to parents/guardians/others during the classes.
Photography/filming:
As per our waiver form, we take photos and videos for use on our public channels such website and socials medias platforms and in our facilities. By allowing your child dependent to join a class you acknowledge that photos/videos may be taken which may be used for promotional purpose. Please write down in the waiver form if you aren not agree and you do not consent to your child being photographed and filmed.
Other: Please note that coaching changes may occur due to illness, injury or others circumstances. Where possible, parents will be notified of this ahead of time via WhatsApp message.

Class enrollment:
Students must book their class in advanced always by texting to ourWhatsApp group chat.
Pack of 4 and 8 classes must be consumed during 30 days maximum from the first class taken!
Students must bulk enroll for their chosen class (es) by paying the fees in advance (single class, pack 4 classes and pack 8 classes).
Where the payment includes a deposit/reservation fee (not refundable in case of cancellation), the outstanding balance must be paid in full before begins for enrollment to be confirmed.
Students are expected to attend all their scheduled classes to receive the full benefit of the curriculum.
Extensions of the 30 days pack validity will be granted in the case of injury only where a medical note is provided, or travel out of the country with a proof of a ticket flight.
Cancellations:
If you cannot attend to your class, please notify the office to cancel your space, 6 hours in advanced for evening classes and 12 hours before for morning classes by message replying to the WhatsApp group chat.
In case you will not show up and not cancel before the mentioned time , we will charge you as you were attending to the class.
In case or injury/ illness with Doctor’s proper note or a medical test result tor a Covid-related absence, please inform us at lest 6 hours before the start of the class and we will freeze your pack maximum 2 weeks.
Refund policy: We are unable to offer refunds.
